Although specialised in gulet charter, we provide our guests with all travel services – charter, accommodation in private villas and hotels, land and sea transfers, guided tours, daily excursions and adventure activities. We are focused on services of highest quality and individual approach towards each client.
Should the guests find our offer convenient, they should get back to us to confirm acceptance of the offer. When making a booking with us, clients undertake that they have the authority to accept, and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of themselves and their party. For closing the reservation, we will need your full name, nationality and passport number (or ID number). Guest will receive through email our confirmation form, detailing the reservation, price, contractual liabilities and payment conditions. After we receive the full payment on our account we will send you a voucher. Voucher is a confirmation that all indicated services have been paid in advance. Voucher is to be presented on check in.

The deposit of 50% is required within couple of days after the reservation is confirmed. Balance payment is required 5 weeks prior to arrival (if by the time of confirmation it was not agreed differently). After each instalment we receive on our account, we will send you the invoice. Payment can be done by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express) or debit card (Visa Electron and Maestro).
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
If client cancels the reservation, Obzor d.o.o. reserves the right to levy cancellation charges as follows:
50% of the total price for cancellation 35 days and more before arrival
100% of the total price, for cancellations within 35 days prior to arrival
Obzor d.o.o. should not be liable for any curtailment of the holiday caused through fault or reason from passenger. No refund shall be made in the event of curtailment of the holiday once it has commenced, however caused, nor shall the Obzor d.o.o. be liable for any consequent expense occurred as a result of curtailment.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation. In case you would like to cancel the reservation or reschedule it for another period, we will do our best to satisfy your demands. In case you would like to pass on the reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms and conditions, provided with necessary information about who the new guests are.

Personal data entry and transmission as well as credit card number are protected by the highest security standards, which WSpay ™ system for on-line credit card authorization provides in accordance with the requirements of credit card and credit card brands, and PCI DSS standards. Authorization and payment of credit card is done by using the system WSpay ™ for authorization and payment card in real time.
Collection and personal data use statement
Obzor d.o.o. agrees to protect customers' personal data in a way that it collects only basic and necessary information about customers / users that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations; inform customers about the way we use collected information, and regularly give to customers a choice for using their data, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used in marketing campaigns. All users’ information are strictly confidential and are available only for employees to whom such information are necessary to perform in their job. All employees of Obzor d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for respecting the policy of personal data.
